The extension complements the existing dwelling through matching brickwork and contemporary architectural detailing. A modern flat-roof design with a slim fascia profile creates clean architectural lines while remaining subordinate to the host dwelling, and the roof lantern provides an attractive focal point that brings daylight into the centre of the floorplan. Key features include demolition of the existing conservatory, a full-width single-storey rear extension, flat roof construction with a central glazed roof lantern, matching facing brickwork, large anthracite grey aluminium bi-fold doors, a full-height glazed side panel, a feature kitchen window overlooking the garden, integrated soffit lighting and anthracite grey fascias, soffits and rainwater goods.
