A contemporary but sympathetic design that complements the host dwelling. External walls use facing brickwork selected to closely match the existing property, ensuring visual continuity between the original dwelling and the extension, while a simple flat roof minimises visual impact and allows clean architectural lines. Key features include a full-width single-storey rear extension, a central glazed roof lantern, large aluminium-framed bi-fold doors, a feature kitchen window overlooking the rear garden, anthracite grey aluminium windows and doors, contemporary external wall lighting and matching brickwork and roof-edge detailing.
