A key feature is the use of high-quality vertical timber cladding to the exterior elevations, providing warmth, texture and character while allowing the extension to sit comfortably within the garden setting. The timber finish is complemented by anthracite aluminium windows, doors, fascias and rainwater goods for a refined and modern appearance. An extensive corner glazing arrangement and a large sliding door system maximise views towards the garden and create a seamless transition between internal and external spaces. Key design features include a multi-pitched hipped roof, a large rooflight within the roof plane, floor-to-ceiling aluminium glazing and a corner window detail providing panoramic garden views.
