A contemporary approach with clean lines, high-quality materials and efficient spatial planning. Glazed doors and windows create strong visual connections between indoor and outdoor spaces, while the side elevation ensures privacy and balance in massing. The extension complements the existing property through sympathetic detailing and proportion, improving both daily usability and long-term value.
Planning route
A full set of planning drawings and supporting reports was prepared for this proposal, including a shadow and daylight study and a design and access statement.
Building regulations
A full set of building-regulations drawings was prepared, covering the structure, insulation specifications, drainage layout and specification, windows and glazing, foundation details, floor, wall and roof build-ups, internal partitions and waterproofing, coordinated with a structural engineer.
